Hope y'alls have an AMAZING new year and I am seriously looking forward to seeing what Jennifer Aniston is in this coming year!! Let's hope its a good year for rom-coms. Recommendation #3

Ok- you guessed it- Shall we dance is my next recommendation. If you like dancing, this is the film for you, if you don't, this is still the film for you! It is funny, beautifully cast and written  (and coreographed!) I seriously think rom-com lovers should see this. The main character is just sooo sweet!! Anyway, I will add the trailer for you and PLEASE check it out you will not regret it!!

Couldn't resist!!

After saying about Shall We Dance? yesterday, I had to check it out so I'm no watching it on catch up on the laptop, its very good so far, of course we bow down to J-Lo yet again!! She is gorgeous. As ever I am on the hunt for rom coms so if anyone has any  good ones they can recommend for me PLEASE let me know!!!! Thanks sooo much and I will upload my opinion on the movie possibly as a recommendation!!

Reveiw #1

So as I said I went  to see New Years Eve yesterday. It was AMAZING. Firstly, the term 'star studded' is a major understament, everywhere you look there is a celeb!! Also there are some stunning shots of NYC especially Times Square. Anyway, the film is pretty obvious from the title but the filmis filled with surprises and I just LOVED how all th stories linked up together. And can I just say, Katherine Heigl was soo good in thi she is quickly becoming one of my favourite rom commers!!

I would definatley say go watch this film you will laugh and cry and fall in love with it! If you have seen it let me kno what you thought at girls_night_in@hotmail.co.uk

Good film on T.V

Hey guys just letting you know there is a rom-com on BBC1 at 2.30 with J-lo (the queen of rom-coms of course!!!)
I haven't actually seen the film but it sounds quite good its called ' Shall we dance' so check it out and if you want to let me know what you thought of it please e-mail me at girls_night_in@hotmail.co.uk .
I'm going to the cinema today with my friend to check out 'New Years Eve' which is in the same format as Valentine's Day a couple of years back directed by the same person aswell (Gary marshall- absoluteley amazing rom-com director) so I will upload my reveiw when I get back!

Right, I have completley abandoned this blog but the stupid thing is I still watch Rom-coms sooooo  with my new laptop I am going to make a new years resolution to BLOG EVERY DAY (at least when i'm free) an i really hope at least a few people will read this!!!

Recovery #1

This film is an absolute classic, so most people will have heard of it. 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes' is  one of my favourite Marylin Monroe films and I watched it on TV recently. Although it is probably not a rom-com (actually more of a music comedy with a slight romantic theme) by alot of peoples standards, it really is worth watching. This film also stars the recently deceased Jane Russel who is superb, as is Marylin of course!

Recommendation #2

'Just go with it' is amazing. Not only does it star my favourite actress Jenifer Aniston, but also Adam Sandler and Nicole Kidman.

Danny is a talented, rich plastic surgeon, who finds out the ugly truth about how his wife feels about him on their wedding day. On the same evening he manages to pull a gorgeous girl by telling a lie about his horrid wife when she see his wedding ring. For years after, he uses the ring to do the same to many women, until at a party he has a connection with gorgeous Palmer, whilst he is not wearing the ring. The next morning she finds the ring and thinks he is cheating and leaves. In order to woo her he goes to her work and tells her he is in the middle of a divorce. Palmer insists on meeting 'Devlin', so in desperation, Danny uses his assistant Katherine to pose as his glamourous ex- and she is totally NOT glam. But without spoiling it they all end up in Hawaii with Katherines 2 kids, and the hilarity begins!

This, my beauty's is a must see!!!!

Recommendation #1

Just like Heaven starring Reese Witherspoon and Mark Ruffalo. This rom-com has a great storyline, really great cast and amazing romance.... I'd definatley say this one is great for curling up in bed with a box of chocolates! Watch the trailer and trust me!
